Project Manager

Designsensory, Inc. is hiring immediately for the new position of project manager to guide our staff of 15 designers, developers and writers. This position will be responsible for:

• Directing the totality of client communication via phone, online and email
• Establishing and maintaining feasible project milestones and deadlines
• Ensuring inter-departmental coordination and communication
• Ensuring extra-office communication with vendors, contractors, in support of project requirements
• Assisting in the preparation of project quotes and proposals
• Gathering and preparing assets for design and development teams
• Preparing status documents and spreadsheets for clients
• Performing return on investment calculations
• Arranging, preparing and directing client meetings and customer events
• Administrative, secretarial duties and account reconciliation
• Light media planning, buying and adjusting (like Google AdWords)

This is a full-time position reporting directly to the company's senior staff. Telecommuters and part-time applications will not be accepted.

The ideal candidate would possess a bachelors degree and at least two years of project management experience. The candidate must have demonstrated experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously. Advanced computer proficiency is required. A PMP designation is desired, but not required with experience. Candidates with direct experience in media, graphic design and web development will be given preference, but not required. Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus. Experience with prepress and printing procedures a plus.
