Media South Transition

ds_ms_flag.jpg

Dear clients and friends:

By now you may have heard from Media South founder Barbara Penland about her decision to pursue a personal opportunity and sell Media South. We at Designsensory feel very fortunate to have earned Barbara's trust and become her partner in continuing the excellent work that Media South has done over the past 15 years. Effective February 23, 2009, Designsensory will assume all of Media South's active projects, contracts and employees.

While change can sometimes be seen as cause for concern, we believe this is a positive step for everyone involved. Most things will remain the same. You will still have access to award-winning branding, identity, design and print services. You will still be able to work directly with Media South employees Lindsay Miller and Anne Brogdon as in the past. They have already made the move to Designsensory's offices at 8351 E. Walker Springs Lane, Knoxville, TN 37923 while their telephone extensions remain the same. Finally, your online access through the Basecamp project management system will also remain as it was before.

Some things, however, will change in ways we believe will serve you better. The main change will be in the expanded scope of services available to you. In addition to our award-winning branding and print capabilities, Designsensory delivers world-class, sophisticated web, interactive and e-commerce services. It is our goal to deliver measurable results to our clients through the application of excellent design and cutting-edge technology. Because we maintain separate, highly specialized design and technology teams we are able to deliver great design and technology for even the most complex projects.

In closing, let us say we look forward to meeting you and forging strong partnerships that will enhance your business and meet your communications goals. We are very excited about this opportunity to become your new design, web and marketing partner. If you have any questions regarding this transition, please feel free to call our offices at 865-690-2249 or e-mail us.

Sincerely,

Joseph Nother                                           Brandon Rochelle
