Writer & Content Services | ssewell@designsensory.com
Susan enthusiastically joined Designsensory November 2008, bringing along her sense of humor and her background as a writer, senior editor, promotion specialist and project manager. A Knoxville native, she's also lived in Nashville, Roanoke, Richmond and Atlanta. Fascinated by words, design and interplay between the two, bemused by errors, her academic life has yielded degrees in English and Communications from the University of Tennessee, a master's from Vanderbilt. Susan's published work includes articles in archeological journals and Knoxville News Sentinel freelance features.
Active in American Marketing Association, Knoxville Writers Guild, Knox Heritage, Knoxville Opera Guild, East Tennessee Historical Society, Purses with Purpose Advisory Board and the Knoxville Museum of Art Guild, Susan is passionate about the power of content, interested in what social media brings to the table and diligent in her allegiance to the musical exploits of Green Day. She enjoys gardens and gardening, travel and learning about different cultures, and recreative time with family and friends. Susan has fun supporting the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Tennessee Valley, Goodwill Industries and One Vision International.
