Client: Governor Bill Haslam

Bill Haslam Inaugural 2011 Website

2011 marks a changing of the guard for Tennessee’s top official, and Designsensory is pleased to showcase the inauguration of our new governor, Bill Haslam, in a fresh, unique website, highlighting festivities and providing ticket sales.

Beyond dates, times and tickets, personal biographies of Bill and Crissy Haslam are showcased, inviting site visitors to become acquainted with the governor’s family and personal values.

For those unable to attend the inauguration festivities in person, news updates and social media features—including Twitter and Facebook—allowed site visitors to virtually participate in events.

Inspiration for the site’s inviting yet refined look and feel comes from a watercolor painting of Tennessee’s Capitol, commissioned specifically for the inauguration.

Designsensory also collaborated with Bill Haslam’s team, developing the newly elected governor’s transition site, incorporating elements that established a further permanency and forward momentum.

The entire Designsensory team is proud to be a part of sharing the ideals, vision and positive future of the state of Tennessee in welcoming Bill Haslam as our governor.
