    While CRG wanted to communicate resourcefulness, they didn’t want to invest a great deal of resources on printing. Two and three-ink designs, including metallic inks, were used to evoke notions of resourcefulness while still keeping production costs down.

  These pieces make use of a specific version of yellow-orange—acknowledging their core service of telephone book delivery. Silver was used to impart a richness to the materials, while blue and black was used to denote titles and flags.

    These communicative pieces make use of additional visual themes. The repeating arrows reinforced the concept of the brand: movement, dynamism, action; while the package label design was used for the company contact information. The rhetorical style and themes are consistent throughout the system. Key information is reinforced or extended based upon the communicative requirements of each piece.

To remain at the forefront of their competition, CRG decided to invest in an identity management programand turned to Designsensory to revitalize their older corporate identity, Internet site, and marketing materials.
 
  Brochures, point-of-sale collateral, signage, presentation materials, publications, etc. are all communicative elements that tell the story of a brand. Visual, rhetorical, and tactile elements are combined to inform, persuade, and imprint critical value propositions on the audience. In short, these communicative pieces make an identity tangible and are designed to influence prospect thoughts and behaviors. In this case, CRG wanted to communicate their values, and reinforce their associations as resourceful, dependable, and innovative. Designsensory extended the new identity to fulfill this challenge.
