Tennessee Theatre Website Redevelopment

The Historic Tennessee Theatre, the Official State Theatre of Tennessee, underwent a multi-million dollar restoration in 2005 to restore the theatre to its original beauty and ensure decades more as one of the South's premier venues for musicians and performing artists the world over.

In keeping with new brand and identity development, the new web site capitalizes on the beauty of the theatre while using technology to solve various ticketing and communication problems and improve event management and customer service. The site showcases multiple views of the theatre in rotational photos, customizing the background based on these beautiful photographs and serving as the frame for the site experience.

Auxiliary navigation caters to specific target audiences and needs; a seating chart is located for easy reference; sponsorship and press sections cater to corporate and media relations; and shopping allows for quick placement of items. The grid and content structure allow for easy and modular changes as needed to body and secondary column structures.
