Touch, Know & Go Touchscreen Kiosks
Knoxville Tourism & Sports Corporation, KTSC, partnered with Designsensory to redesign the interface for touchscreen kiosks made available to city visitors and residents in several locations. These kiosks serve as resource for finding restaurants, shops, businesses and entertainment. When people search for information, results are geo-sensitive to the kiosk’s specific location.
Design and technology seamlessly work in concert by layering a beautiful, accessible touchscreen-optimized user interface on top of powerful search functionality and robust location-based engagement. To ensure ease of updates, kiosk software is powered by Designsensory’s content management system and integrates with their DMO vendor databases, allowing KTSC staff continuous access to make changes.
TouchKnow&Go kiosks are accessible in the Knoxville Convention Center, on Market Square, at KTSC Visitor Center and coming soon to McGhee Tyson Airport.
